Family summer vacation in Amsterdam

Explore some of Amsterdam's most impressive highlights while our local holiday nannies organize a full range of activities to immerse your children in the local culture and to engage them in social interactions with peers.

Our local holiday nannies work alongside your nanny to bring your children a sense of comfort and familiarity to an unknown place. Full days activities are great holiday childcare options when you are not looking for a nanny, however you just want to keep the children entertained over summer and for them to continue learning and meeting new friends.

Holiday nannies are in high demand through the summer months. Please make your request at least 1 month in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.

Notes from our valued clients

We were traveling for the first time to Amsterdam with our 3 months old daughter. As you know, Amsterdam has a lot of things to do that can't be done with kids, so we decided to find a babysitter. We went online and found happy kidz company that has a various kinds of babysitters including hotels. Even though they had a minimum number of hours per day, happy kidz managed to fit into our schedule. The babysitter along with Bibi came to our hotel "Luxury Suites Amsterdam" and gave us a brief about their company, our babysitter Inge was very sweet and had great knowledge with infants. She took some time to bond with the baby and asked a lot of questions about her so she can get to know her on a personal level and we could immediately trust her. Inge was very flexible and offered all the help she could do. She also sent us pictures and updates of our daughter every hour when we were away. We also stayed at the W hotel and she babysat our daughter there. Very kind and trustworthy. We were so lucky to have found this company, it helped us enjoy our trip with and without our baby. We definitely recommend this company for any family that has kids and we will absolutely contact them again when we go to Amsterdam next time."

My name is Hanin and from Saudi Arabia and i visited Amsterdam for a short trip in October 2016 with my husband and 30 months old daughter. I can understand that you are asking yourself if you ever want to leave your beloved ones with a nanny in a foreign country. I will share my story with Happy kidz and I hope I can help you make the right decision. As you know, there are many places to explore at night in Amsterdam. By 7:00 PM my daughter should be sleeping and it would be crazy if we didn't go for a night out. I contacted Happy kidz upon my arrival to arrange a babysitter for approx 4 hours. You'll first have to contact the amazing Bibi and you'll stay in touch if anything pops in your mind. She's just a nice person as she informed me with all the things that I wanted to know. Actually I found her website through google and I have read about the Qatari family experience, so I thought she's the one. Bibi came with the nanny to the hotel and introduced Dani to us. Dani is a very kind person and she kept me informed every 40 mins about my daughter through Whatsapp and she was all ok when I asked her to extend the duration 2 hours more. Bibi has also brought a cute gift for us.
We still keep the red candle -:)

I highly recommend you to deal with Bibi if you ever look for a nice, kind and trustful person to leave your little ones with. What I also loved, was the fact that we were able to pay the transfer fee for the nanny after leaving Amsterdam.

Thank you Bibi for everything
